3-day Weekend Intensive — October 6, 7, 8, 2007 — Boulder, Colorado USA
(Pre-Event TeleSessions begin Sept 10)

You are invited to join us for an advanced coach training weekend… a three-day intensive that is highly participatory, individualized, and powerful.

Before the course ends you are implementing a 3-step, high payoff action plan. This custom-designed program is tailored to meet your specific needs and facilitate your personalized version of the ultimate coaching lifestyle.

Topics focus on advanced coaching skills and business development with an emphasis on a well-rounded, winning strategy for the coming year. Class size is limited with considerable attention on individual support. This intensive weekend is about you and getting on the fast track to where you want to be. Here's what's on the weekend schedule:

  • Advanced Coaching Topics

  • Pre-weekend Preparation Sessions

  • Post-weekend Follow-up Sessions

  • One-on-One Mentoring

  • Group Masterminding

  • Coach-the-Coach Sessions

  • Think Tank Practicum

  • Working Lunches

  • Facilitated Walks

Training limited to the first 18 qualified participants (*see below). Experience an intimate group setting with only seventeen other students and a seminar faculty of eight fully qualified trainers and mentors.

This hands-on workshop is held at the Coach Training Alliance campus in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. It takes place over a three-day weekend with breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages included. As a special treat, the final day of training takes place at the historic Eagle Feather Ranch just north of Boulder.

The Ideal Learning Environment
The CTA Campus is located in the Highland School Building, Boulder’s first public school built in 1892. It is listed in the National Registry of Historic Buildings and serves as the perfect learning environment rooted in traditional educational values.
Sessions take place indoors as well as outdoors (weather permitting). The award-winning landscaped gardens serve as an inspiring setting for developing a plan for abundance and prosperity.

The final day of the three-day weekend is held at Eagle Feather Ranch. The secluded nature preserve is located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and surrounded on three sides by Roosevelt National Forest. The historic property was once the sacred ceremonial grounds of the Northern Cheyenne Indians. The historic MacGregor Toll Road, built in 1875, also runs through the property. The trail enabled wagon trains to safely pass through the mountainous terrain and opened the way to the resort town of Estes Park. This pristine setting provides a grounding for the deep exploration and learning you experience over the three-day program.

Circle of Learning
The weekend intensive is an introspective journey that actually begins a month ahead of time. Four teleclasses explore where you are now with your coaching practice and where you want to be. This advance work enables us to custom tailor your Coaching Full Circle program so you have tangible, practical, and usable insights to propel your coaching career in the exact direction you want it to go!

Taking you full circle, the weekend intensive ends with a thorough re-examination of your current business and future goals through four additional teleclasses. Only now, you possess the strategy and the tools to take you there. These post-weekend follow-up sessions lock in the learning and extend the unique benefits afforded by this intensive, one-of-a-kind advanced training.

Accommodations
The St. Julien is Boulder's most prestigious and elegant hotel. This world-class spa and resort is normally expensive with standard room rates ranging from$269-$289. However, special arrangements have been made for Coaching Full Circle™ participants to receive an exclusive nightly rate of just $199.

You are more than welcome to arrange other accommodations wherever you like but we think this to be the perfect time to treat yourself to First Class. In keeping with providing the ideal environments for learning, we recommend the St. Julien as the best value and most convenient accommodations for your three-day intensive.

The St. Julien is only one block from the CTA Campus, adjacent to picturesque Boulder Creek, and just two blocks from historic Pearl Street (pictured below).

Boulder, Colorado and Surrounding Area
Not surprisingly, the Boulder Chamber of Commerce encourages you to extend your stay and enjoy the breathtaking beauty the Denver/Boulder area has to offer.

Visitors to Boulder discover a healthy, intellectual and vibrant community of nearly 100,000 people enjoying the trails, restaurants, shops and culture of this wonderful small city. Enjoy unexpected entertainment on the Pearl Street Mall. Dine at one of the quaint sidewalk cafes, browse through its many boutiques and galleries or enjoy free entertainment watching the quirky street performers.

Boulder's beautiful mountain settings offer 300 days of sunshine per year... 30,000 acres of unspoiled open space... 200 miles of serene hiking and biking trails... kayakers paddling through the middle of town... a rock climbers paradise... tubers and fly-fishermen rejuvenating in Boulder Creek... a town committed to natural resource conservation and a close-knit community embracing an outdoor lifestyle.

* Considerations and Requests
Acceptance into this advanced coach training program is not automatic. A total of only 18 students will be approved for this graduate level course. Participants must submit a registration application and answer a questionnaire demonstrating their commitment to the program.

The more you share with us about where you are in your practice and where you really want to be, the better we can serve you and prepare you to meet your goals and expectations. Having an understanding of your existing coaching business and present skill level—ahead of time—enables us to focus on the particular skills/development you want and need.

REQUEST: Please consider becoming part of this intensive training only if you are willing to stretch and grow outside your comfort zone. Because of the unique learning environment and limited size of the group, participants must be committed to be totally open and fully immersed in the process to gain the greatest benefits.
